Original Formula Capsules
Optimal intake 6 capsules per day consumed after food. Split over meals if preferred. Best taken earlier in the day due to the energising nature of the product. Once opened seal and refrigerate and consume within 3 months. We recommend avoiding hot drinks for 10 minutes before and after taking, to preserve all the natural goodness, active enzymes and probiotics. Store in a cool dark place.

Immunity Edition
Take x2 capsules per day after a meal, or split over two meals if preferred. This should be taken at a different time of the day to Original Formula. Immunity Edition can be taken in the evenings. Store in cool dark place, out of direct sunlight.

Beauty Oil Edition
Take x2 capsules per day after a meal - can be taken at the same time as either Original Formula or Immunity Edition and is safe to take in the evenings. Store in cool dark place, out of direct sunlight, preferably in the fridge.

If you are new to supplements and wish to start slowly, we suggest beginning with half the dose of each product per day and building up from there over the course of 1-2 months.
