These two products work best when combined in a shaker and consumed together. We recommend making up the powder with water first, then adding 3ml of the oil, shaking and then consuming straight away.

MENOPAUSE FORMULA POWDER - Mix 1 heaped teaspoon (6g approx) with cold water or plant-based milk and consume after food. Best mixed in a shaker. Once opened seal and refrigerate. Best consumed before 4pm owing to the energising nature of the formula.

MENOPAUSE OIL EDITION - As a food supplement consume 3ml of oil per day, measured using the pipette. Can be taken at any time of the day.
