To accompany the Pregnancy Formula, our premium omega 3 fish oil capsules are rich in DHA to support healthy development of baby’s brain, eyes and nervous system*. These specialist capsules delivers nourishing DHA shown to enrich breast milk to support infant development*, alongside omega 3 fatty acid EPA to support your body and mind. We use super-pure, triglyceride form oils for enhanced absorption to help you bloom.

Daily Serving Size 2 Capsules
- Omega 3 Fatty Acids
- EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) - 100mg
- DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) - 450mg
- Other omega 3 - 50mg

Other Ingredients: Fish gelatine, humectant: glycerol, antioxidant; mix tocopherols, antioxidant: rosemary extract.

Take x2 capsules per day after a meal. Dose can be split between meals. Ideally take for a month prior to conception, through pregnancy and breastfeeding. Store in cool dark place.
