Boost and Brighten

This hot smoothie is super high in vitamins A and C to energise and brighten skin, with antibacterial benefits from honey and anti-inflammatory properties from turmeric to support immunity.

  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • Juice 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • handful of spinach

Blend ingredients with 50ml of cold water then stir in 200-300ml of hot water.  Add more honey to sweeten to your preference.

Comforting Goodness

This deliciously indulgent hot smoothie is incredibly energising and full of nutrients and antioxidant to power the body and mind.

  • 3 tbsp porridge oats
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • handful kale
  • optional treat - 4 small chunks dark chocolate
  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk

Blend ingredients with 50ml of cold water, warm milk separately and stir into blended mixture.

Hot Green

A lighter smoothie but with nutrients and turbo charged with antioxidants from the green tea.

  • Handful of Kale
  • 1 apple (sweeter variety is better, such as pink lady)
  • 2 madjool dates (pitted)
  • 250ml of hot green tea

Blend the kale, apple and dates and then add the hot green tea.

Note - be careful when blending as hot liquids can either crack glass or come wizzing out due to the added pressure.  Better to blend the ingredients first and then add hot liquid afterwards to avoid mess.
