Mix 1 heaped teaspoon (6g approx) with cold water or your favourite plant based milk, and consume after a meal. Best mixed in a shaker, or if in a glass, pour liquid onto powder whilst stirring well. Can I take Menopause Formula with HRT?

There are so many different varieties of HRT and everyone is different. We’d always suggest speaking with your doctor first before getting started with any menopause support supplement.
