Directions
2 teaspoons (5g) daily. Mixes well in smoothies, hot drinks, milk/plant milk or water, or can be added to food such as yoghurt, soups or porridge. Can be consumed at any time of the day, ideally after food. Store in cool dark place out of direct sunlight.

What’s the best collagen supplement for skin, hair and nails?
