Ingredients: OptiMSM ®, turmeric root powder, N-acetyl cysteine, vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 100mg (125%*), zeaxanthin (5% marigold extract), bilberry extract, pine bark extract (95% proanthocyanidins), resveratrol, lutein (20% marigold extract), co-enzyme Q10, lycopene extract (10% tomato extract). Capsule shell: methyl-cellulose. 
 
Directions: Take x2 capsules per day after a meal or split over two meals if preferred. Can be taken at the same time as Well formula, or separately if preferred. Store in a cool dark place, out of direct sunlight.
