Navigating fertility, pregnancy (and beyond) is a wonderful and natural state, yet one which inherently puts additional strain on women’s bodies to stay balanced, strong and nourished.

We developed Pregnancy Formula and Pregnancy Oil Edition to address this, so that you feel safe, confident and empowered in the knowledge that your body is getting the best quality nutrition available throughout this journey. With the average prenatal supplements falling short on key nutrients and omegas and often containing fillers and binders, our aim was simple: to create pregnancy/fertility supplements that women tell their friends about.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids (total): 600mg
of which DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid): 430mg
of which EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid): 90mg
Other Omega-3: 80mg

Full Ingredients: Capsule shell (fish gelatine, glycerol), antioxidants: mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract.
Allergens: Contains fish (gelatine derived from fish).

Directions: Take 2 capsules per day after a meal or split over two meals if preferred. Store in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight.

Cautionary Advice: Do not exceed the recommended intake or take in place of a healthy, varied diet. If under medical supervision or taking any medications, consult a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.

All Equi London products include an FDA-approved silica sachet. The desiccant is non-toxic & is clearly marked - do not eat.

Can I take this with Equi’s Pregnancy Formula?
Yes. They’re made to work together. We can’t include oils in our Pregnancy Formula (which is a dry capsule), so this Edition completes the package beautifully.

Is this safe during breastfeeding?
Absolutely. It’s suitable from pre-conception through pregnancy and into the fourth trimester, supporting you and your baby throughout.

Is it vegan?
No, it contains fish oil for omega 3, as this is the most effective, bioavailable form for pregnancy support.
